1. Who We Are

DozyFix is operated by DozyFix, LLC. References to 'DozyFix,' 'we,' 'our,' or 'us' throughout this document refer to DozyFix, LLC and its authorized representatives.

2. Products & Intended Use

DozyFix is a pre-formed, single-arch airway support mouthpiece made from medical-grade silicone or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is designed to help reduce snoring in light-to-moderate snorers by passively supporting the airway during sleep.

DozyFix is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment for sleep apnea or other sleep disorders. If you have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea or suspect you may have it, consult a licensed physician before use.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from dozyfix.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Orders & Payment

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

We do not store your full credit card information. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. DozyFix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

DozyFix products are provided 'as is.' While we stand behind the quality of our product and back it with a 90-day guarantee, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding fitness for a particular purpose or specific health outcomes. Individual results vary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DozyFix, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
