Try DozyFix™ Airway Pro for a full 90 nights. If your snoring isn't dramatically reduced — or you're simply not satisfied for any reason — contact us within 90 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at email@dozyfix.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A brief note telling us what happened (optional — but helpful)

We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Funds appear on your original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

You do not need to return the device to receive your refund. Keep it, recycle it, or pass it along. We trust you.

Exchanges

If your device arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement at no charge. Email email@dozyfix.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.

What Isn't Covered

Our guarantee applies to direct purchases from dozyfix.com. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Important Health Note

DozyFix™ Airway Pro is designed for light-to-moderate snorers. If you suspect you have clinical sleep apnea, we strongly encourage you to speak with a physician. DozyFix™ Airway Pro is not a substitute for medical treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.
