Shipping Policy

We keep shipping simple — just like the product.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
U.S. Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): FREE on all orders

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout

Overnight Shipping: Available at checkout for qualifying areas
All U.S. orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on destination country.
Please note: international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to follow your package at any time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at email@dozyfix.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows 'delivered' but you haven't received your package, first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations. If still not found, contact us within 10 days of the marked delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
DozyFix is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we'll work with you to find a resolution.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us at email@dozyfix.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at email@dozyfix.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed for shipment.
